From roadside trouble to your chosen destination
An engine fault, overheating, a flat tyre without a usable spare or an accident-damaged car can all leave you needing recovery rather than a roadside fix. Describe what happened, where the vehicle is stopped and whether it can run and drive for loading. We assess the request and discuss the transport you need.
If the car is in a safe parking space, tell us the entrance and any time restrictions. If it is on a main road, include the road name, direction, nearest junction and a precise location when safe to share it.
Safety comes before a private recovery booking
If anyone is injured, in immediate danger or stranded in a live motorway lane, call 999 and follow the instructions given. Do not stand in a traffic lane, try to repair a car in an unsafe place or move the vehicle just to complete the quote form.
For a motorway recovery request, give the road number and direction as well as your location. On the M60, clockwise or anti-clockwise is particularly useful. Private recovery arrangements must follow any instructions from police or National Highways.
Recovery around Manchester’s major routes
We assess collections in Manchester and on accessible approaches around the M60, M62, M56, M602 and M67. Availability depends on the incident location, traffic, access and suitable equipment. Our team checks the route and confirms an estimated arrival rather than promising the same arrival time everywhere.
Tell us if you have passengers, whether anyone needs accessibility support and where the vehicle should be delivered. A postcode or full destination address is required for a transport quote.
A personal response after you submit
The guided form sends your details to our team by email. Choose whether you would prefer a phone call or WhatsApp reply. We aim to respond with price and availability within 5 minutes; submitting the request does not itself book or dispatch a truck.
Good to know before collection.
Can you repair my car at the roadside?
Describe the fault so we can assess your request. A recovery quote is for the agreed recovery or assistance, and does not promise a roadside repair.
Can you collect after an accident?
Provide the location and describe the visible damage, including wheels and suspension. Emergency services and any incident restrictions take priority. Truck and equipment suitability must be confirmed.
Can you take the car to my own mechanic?
Give the garage’s full address or postcode and confirm it can accept the car. Let us know about opening hours, gates and key handover.
